1. Cancellation Before Printing
Every order is reviewed before it is sent to the printer. Until then, you may cancel it for a full refund to your card by emailing us your order number.
2. Personalized Products
Products are made to order from pages you approve. Once a Product is printed, we do not accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If a Product arrives damaged, has a printing or binding defect or differs from the pages you approved, we will reprint and ship it at no cost or, at your choice, refund it in full. Report the problem with a photo within 30 days of delivery. You do not need to return the Product.
4. Lost Shipments
If tracking shows no movement 30 days after we ship your order, we treat it as lost and will reprint and ship it or refund it, at your choice.
5. Picture Packs
A pack of Pictures is non-refundable once you start using it. If a pack is refunded, its unused Pictures are removed, and anything already painted remains in your books.
6. Memberships
A Membership renews automatically each month or year, as you chose, at the price you joined at, until you cancel. You may cancel online at any time from Manage membership in the account menu. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep the Membership until the end of the paid period, which is not refunded.
Your first Membership starts with a free trial of 7 days. We collect your card at the start and charge nothing until the trial ends. When it ends, your chosen plan begins, your card is charged its price and your first month of Pictures is added. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing and keep everything you painted to read and share. Pictures included with the trial expire when it ends.
Each month of a Membership adds its Pictures. Unused Pictures carry over for 6 months from the start of the month they were added, then expire. Canceling does not remove Pictures you already have; they remain until they expire, and anything already painted remains in your books.
If a Membership payment is refunded in full or reversed by your bank, the Membership ends immediately and the unused Pictures from that payment are removed. Anything already painted remains in your books.
Deleting your account ends a Membership immediately, without a refund of the rest of the paid period.
7. Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor and usually appear within 5–10 days. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, the order is held until the dispute is resolved.
8. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the law where you live. In the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Canada, a faulty product is always remedied; the exception for personalized goods applies only to a change of mind.
